MEDITATION : No technique … therefore no authority

“No Authority”. I stress your inner being knows more than I or anyone else about what you need. Seriously!

The article is very harsh on those that have been blessed with abundance while in the field of helping others.  But there was more information and to edit the author’s words is to edit their intent. Ideally, I hold no harsh feeling for those that take funds as donations for their spiritual work in helping others. And I will not judge those for this reason. Their own alignment with their own source. If their source is love. then so shall their fruits.

No one can teach you how to Meditate

Modern gurus are everywhere and make a lot of money out of it. They are multi-millionaires. They are appalling beings, they are all out for money … WITH THEIR TRICKS AND THEIR ”THOUGHTLESS” ENTITY WORSHIP. So to enquire into meditation, you have to enquire first not only measurement, but also this constant becoming something, psychologically.

And they tried to reach god, which is the ultimate principle, in India it is called Brahman, the ultimate principle. And meditation is to reach the ultimate.

So meditation is really very, very complex, it is not just merely meditating for twenty minutes in the morning, twenty minutes in the afternoon, and twenty minutes in the evening – which is taking a siesta, not meditation at all.

So if one wants to discover what is meditation one has to ask … why does one have to meditate?

Meditation is seeing the constant touching the ever-changing movement of life.

The man who has progressed through being a sinner to being a saint has progressed from one illusion to another.

This whole movement is an illusion. When the mind sees this illusion it is no longer creating any illusion, it is no longer measuring.

Therefore thought has come to an end with regard to becoming better.

Out of this comes a state of liberation – and this is sacred. This alone can, perhaps, receive the constant.

Silence comes when thought has understood its own beginning. Meditation is to be aware of thought, of feeling, never to correct it, never to say it is right or wrong, never to justify it, but just to watch it and move with it.

In that watching and moving with that thought, with that feeling, you begin to understand and to be aware of the whole nature of thought and feeling.

Silence comes when thought has understood its own beginning, the nature of itself, how all thought is never free but always old.

To see all this, to see the movement of every thought, to understand it, to be aware of it, is to come to that silence which is meditation, in which the `observer’ never is.

No technique, therefore no authority

Meditation is a state of mind which looks at everything with complete attention, totally, not just parts of it.

And no one can teach you how to be attentive.

If any system teaches you how to be attentive, then you are attentive to the system and that is not attention.

The end of meditation is meditation itself

The search for something through and beyond meditation is end-gaining; and that which is gained is again lost.

Seeking a result is the continuation of self-projection; result, however lofty, is the projection of desire.

Meditation as a means to arrive, to gain, to discover, only gives strength to the meditator.

The meditator is the meditation; meditation is the understanding of the meditator.

Why are we such tortured human beings?

Meditation is really very simple.

We complicate it.

We weave a web of ideas round it, what it is and what it is not.

But it is none of these things.

Because it is so very simple it escapes us, because our minds are so complicated, so time-worn and time-based.

And this mind dictates the activity of the heart, and then the trouble begins.

But meditation comes naturally, with extraordinary ease, when you walk on the sand or look out of your window or see those marvellous hills set against the sun. Why are we such tortured human beings, with tears in our eyes and false laughter on our lips?

If you could walk alone among those hills or in the woods or along the beach, in that solitude you would know what meditation is. The ecstasy of solitude comes when you are not frightened to be alone no longer belonging to the world or attached to anything.

Then, like that dawn that came up this morning, it comes silently, and makes a golden path in the very stillness …

which was at the beginning, which is now, and which will always be there.…/meditation-no-tech…/

Alan Watts speaks to the challenges in creating a better living model for life.

Alan Watts breaks down what's wrong with the world – Part 1 (1970)

Our post on facebook:

Are Empaths Actually Communicating Telepathically
Are Empaths Actually Communicating Telepathically

Alan Watts speaks about his invitation to a conference in L.A. in 1971 to bring together the world’s leaders in science, religion & politics to address what they thought they could do to invite the humanity at large with what they thought even then was disaster approaching.

In his own cool way, he creates the kind of character that I see is awake and understands exactly what this project is and what it is not. As we get further into the development of our presentation how different this project is in comparison to others. I really want to express the need for those that are with us, that they truly want to be here.

The effort is not to brainwash or proceed in such a way that help us avoid any liability issues. That is what they do in the war jurisdiction. My goal is to make sure (as much that is divinely possible.) that you do not have to endure any more surprises than you can bare in the wake of the revelations of what we are all about.

As you learn about us, It would my desire that those that do come on-board, fully grasp my intention that all that become assembly members not only practice meditation, have also integrated it into their lives.

For me, the only insurance in my approach as those that already meditate will, while in that state will think of the definition and spherical symbol of the flower of life and all it’s implications. I know that on a vibrational level we can exchange our resumes.

We use many of the same words. Like permaculture, sustainability & meditation. Being a city when we start involves a bit more advanced thought and preparation in exactly how that will be done. I chose a different path in creating a city.

In that I am willing to start with as little baggage as possible by designating goals such as the design of the festivals with the creating & presenting the history of spiritual initiation through as may ages & cultures we can find.

The only religion we will practice, is kindness. Our investigations will be to advance all our self sustaining abilities as far as we can take them which will be the physical aspects. All the way through the examination of the laws that will support/endorse our endeavours. From there, further investigations will be encouraged in the areas of spiritual science and sacred geometry.

A look at our web site will support that in more detail. “We Free People are Eternal”, “Well-Being Supersedes all Else”

10 Questions About The Pineal Gland That Add To The Mystery Of Spirituality

by Buck Rogers

The  pine cone shaped, pea-sized pineal gland, located in the center of the human brain, is an organ of tremendous interest these days. To many spiritual seekers it is the ‘seat of the soul‘ and the ‘third eye,’ the anatomical part of the human body that acts as our spiritual antennae, connecting us to the non-physical, spiritual planes of existence. However, to many scientists and rigid materialist thinkers, it is strictly an endocrine gland responsible for the secretion of the hormone melatonin, a substance which, among other things, aids in the regulation of our circadian rhythms.

Far from cased closed, this small, but intriguing piece of the human organism is the source of endless discussion and consideration, as many people believe that by cleansing, detoxifying or decalcifying the pineal gland, one can more readily achieve spiritual states of consciousness and can experience with greater depth and clarity.

Of course naysayers who disregard the possibility of the existence of any spiritual dimension to life and to the pineal gland are quick to point out that no scientific evidence has proven that the pineal gland is in fact the organ responsible for spiritual experience. Yet, many people who’ve developed the subtle awareness and inward reflection required to connect to the spiritual qualities of humanity can clearly sense that something profound takes place within the area of the brain where the pineal gland sits, including visions, intuitive thoughts, vibrations, harmonic resonance with certain sounds, and other mystical phenomenon.

As the debate between science and spirituality carries on, the pineal gland sits at the center of the brain enticing both spiritual adepts and naysayers alike to take a closer look into the mysteries that make human beings spiritual creatures capable having psychological experiences that evade validation by modern scientific research methods and modes of thought.

Here are 10 questions about the pineal gland that add to the mystery of spirituality:

1. Is the pineal gland the evolutionary remnant of a literal third mammalian eye that moved into the center of the brain and changed functions from gathering light to entraining rhythms in accordance with information gathered by the retina?

2. Why do the visionary states of consciousness induced by psychedelics and meditative practices seem to be centered around the very part of the brain where the pineal gland sits?

3. If there is no connection between spirituality and the pineal gland, how is it that the 6th chakra (Ajna chakra), according to ancient Hindu tradition, is located precisely where the pineal gland sits, and has for centuries been associated with the ‘mind’s eye,’ the eye of intellect and intuition?

4. Is there a connection between the spiritual promise of the pineal gland, which is shaped like a pine cone, and the Pigna, the colossal bronze pine cone statue of ancient Rome which now sits in a courtyard in the Vatican?

5. Does the pineal gland produce the body’s natural supply of DMT, dimethyltriptamine, a chemical compound that produces incredible visionary effects when consumed in concentrated form or in the Amazonian medicine Ayahuasca?

6. Does the pineal gland release massive doses of DMT when a person dies, or when a person nearly dies, which causes the mind to have near-death experiences, or causes the soul to return to source?

7. What is the significance of the fact that the ancient Egyptian symbol, the Eye of Horus, strongly resembles the anatomy of the middle section of the brain and upper cortex, centering on the thalamus and the pineal gland?

8. Why is the pineal gland the only organ in the human body that calcifies and solidifies with age?

9. If the pineal gland has little effect on consciousness, why is it that people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, diseases which cause them to be severely psychologically disconnected from the ‘real world,’ have pineal glands that are much more calcified than those of ordinary people?

10. Why is it that following the methods of pineal gland decalcification and cleansing often bring genuine results to people who are seeking heightened spiritual experience, and why do these practices often result in people being able to more easily remember dreams and lead them to feel more connected to ‘source?’

There certainly is more to the human spiritual experience than just having a decalcified pineal gland, however, in our modern culture, which has grown spiritually bereft, the pineal gland holds special significance as people look for any possible technique or enhancement to the human body and mind that can assist them in re-connecting to divinity.

Some of these questions are better suited for serious scientists and laboratory research, however, simply pondering the role that human anatomy plays in spiritual experience can expand our awareness of the connection between the health of the body and the health of the spirit.

Meditation: No-technique, therefore no authority

This has so many meanings.flower_of_life_cube5

The very center of the 6 pointed star is what historically been known as the Christos or Logos. A phrase in the Kabala attributed to the 6th sephoroth called, ‘Tipareth’. It’s body symbolism is the female Breast. The phrase: ‘And all the conclaves shall be filled. Which would be the surronding 6 sephoroth.

It is the place where we begin to experience ‘timelessness’. Or what I like to call, ‘infinite forgiveness’.

In our spiritual Language every single person bears a crown and each of us is royalty in the eyes of source. From the Kabala this particular crown has the symbolism of the ‘nothing that contains the all’, ‘Ain’ Ain Soph’, ‘Ain Soph Aur’

The three veils reside above the tree of life and represent the outer limit of existence and the initial impulse of creation.

Ain is the highest and first of the veils. It is literally translated as ‘nothing’, or simply ‘no’; it is absolute emptiness, the opposite of existence, complete absence.

Ain Soph is the middle of the three veils, and it proceeds from Ain by necessity. It is literally translated as ‘no limit’. If there is nothing then there are no boundaries or limitations; this is the limitless foundation – the eternal in its purest sense.

Ain Soph Aur is the lower veil, situated closest to the Tree of Life, and it proceeds from Ain Soph as a necessity. It means ‘limitless or eternal light’. Without any limitations, all things happen by virtue of the fact that there is no reason why they shouldn’t.

Light plays a very important role in the philosophy and symbolism of Qabalah, and the Ain Spoh Aur is that light. Light means many things to a Qabalist – the light of wisdom, of life, of grace and so on, but in attaching all these associations it is important to remember that these refer to our human experience of light, and the way an inner communion with the eternal light can heal and transform you, but not the simple nature of light in and of itself. So what is the nature of this mysterious light? In metaphysics such questions can be over-analysed; the light of Qabalah is the same as the light described in science and experienced in our every day life, it is just that it is experienced in a more direct (gnostic) manner, or to be more precise, in the manner that it experiences itself.

As Einstein’s theory of relativity explains, if you were to travel at the speed of light then strange things would happen tp space and time, and you would experience yourself to be in all places and times at once. You would, in other words, be eternal. This is the experience of light from its own perspective. When the world was created and the first light came into being this the entirety of space and time were created and held in a single moment (moment is an inappropriate word, but there is no other) within the nature of light itself. This eternal moment was the Ain Spoh Aur.

In retrospect , after making a few meditations where you know you have made contact with something different. Any time after that, you should be able to make mental contact with that state at will.

flower_of_life_cube5These two symbols side-by-side one as you, the microcosm. Two, The macrocosm. The microcosm, in our Spiritual Language every single person bears a crown and each of us is royalty in the eyes of source. We are sovereign only over our selves. Please consider that when it comes to our discussion of various types of law.

I’ll probably keep adding various concepts that support the idea that uses a symbol to meditate upon. For example: Psychic Architecture is a real science. It is known that certain energies appear around certain geometrical shapes.

The energies of our minds are no different.

When we see shapes our minds will conjure and if allowed will attenuate to the vibration of any symbol we tell our mind to tune to.

I have made what seems to be an arbitrary assignment of the Flower of life sphere

After relaxing, let your mind see the sphere. Let your mind self speak what the sphere means to you. You have several comments of what I believe it to be and what it means to me.

Let your mind see and feel the sphere. And let your spirit do the rest of the work.

It could take a few minutes to allow the function of your mind to work on the symbol of the sphere.

You will first know that you have reach a plateau when the vibrations begin to change. Go with the flow & allow the vibrations to enhance your mental state. Do that until you end the meditation!

Let the power of your mind and the symbol do the work for you.

One of the things I find interesting is that different people will attenuate vibration-ally using audio sounds or even a picture. I will be using this picture as a focal point for all of us to use for our contact to our unity consciousness of the Flower of Life Assembly Meditation.

So, you may listen to what audio selection you like. And use this image to focus on for our remote group meditation.

As the spherical form of the flower of life symbol will be our inner visual focal point. I think it may not be so much of having a perfect visualization as to bring it casually into focus and nurture it’s meaning in your mind.

The things that come to mind are ‘infinite superior well-being & longevity’. Infinite intelligence, joy & clarity. All of the pluses in life. And it represents the manifestation of those ideas.

The wellspring of master mind or unity consciousness.

All things that are infinitely good for you, to you and with you. Perfect harmony reached on a vibrational level can be manifested when you know what it feels like.

Music, Sound & Four Elements

It is amazing the level of creativity that can manifest once you begin to open your mind to the unlimited possibilities.vlcsnap-2015-02-01-16h48m56s211

vlcsnap-2015-02-01-16h48m33s253They do show the nature of vibration in sound and it’s effects on the elements.

It is almost like we can choose the vibration. From the point of view with regard to healing and the optimal vibration(s) available to produce harmony in a physical body that is in a dis-ease, dis-harmonic state. Just for the record, once healing is understood you can now utilize that information to continue to optimize the energy of the physical body that you now have on consignment.

Given the infinite number of vibrational selections to choose from in spiritual sense ‘Jesus’ would have been portrayed as the perfect healer as unconditional love has a wider(infinite) range to choose from to bring harmonious energy out from dis-harmonious energy!

I am sure that many healers know that some of the best healing’s come from the natural sympathetic compassion one has for the patient. With that being said, it is also known that some patients will respond to certain healers better than others. And it seems that among healers in general, this is commonly understood.

With the way that technology is beginning to catch up with the Mystic, some of this technology may be able to improve any healers ratio of success by having a series of techniques available to them to allow various types of patients to receive help from a wider range of possible treatments. Vibrational treatments!

Ceremonial magic works somewhat in the same framework. They do a complete astrological chart of the neophyte and their training is to prepare them for the ceremonies that are designed to bring the neophyte into perfect alignment with his own soul. This may or may not be done in tandem with normal initiation grade work. And very much in align with Alchemical goals in mind.

More to come on this particular subject. But, you could also perform the same process for patients in need!
